Project Description


Lane4 are experts in people performance. With a focus on the science and emotion of performance they work with clients in three key areas of specialism: People Change & Transformation, Leadership, Team & Talent Development and Management Skills Training.

The brief was a brand refresh – preserving the integrity of the brand (logo was untouched!) but infusing a new vitality and providing assets and tools for the teams. The company was growing fast and a stronger and consistent identity was required to support that growth.

I created a brand toolkit to help portray the company visually in a consistent way as well as Microsoft PowerPoint template (including 600+ icons), brand cheatsheets and posters, notepads and colour reference stickers… even cupcake designs!

“The brief was to update the existing brand. Anne incorporated insights from the brand personality, personas as well as the emotion behind colour to create a powerful visual identity document for us. The brand standards document gives clear guidance on everything from typography, imagery, use of colour and colour combinations, powerpoint standards, iconography and client co-branding. She also created various assets to drive brand adoption in the organisation, including a ‘quick ref guide’ and internal notebooks – which were really well received.”
